I have made yet another attempt to work around the incompatibility between PopChar and Adobe Type Reunion. I hope that the ÒATR patchÓ option is not needed any more. At least, both PopChar and ATR worked together well in my environment.
I hope to be able to get rid of the ÒATR patchÓ check box in future versions. But since I cannot test PopChar under all possible circumstances, I need your feedback. If the new version works with ATR wheras previous versions did not, please send me a message (e-Mail is preferred).
I also would like to display only the available charaters for TrueType fonts. If anyone has access to the TrueType specification, some information about the structure of the ÒsfntÓ resource would be very much appreciated. In particular, I would need to find out for which which characters outlines are available.
